This is the best thing since sliced bread!
I bought it from Amazon, not the infomercial people. I read a review about their customer service and Amazon is perfect when I purchase from them. If you are a clean person by nature with a clean house, you will love it.If you want to take the house to the it’s new again appearance, get it!You can’t clean a dirty house with it,only floors and furniture. The commercials you see are accurate, plus you can just use the product to freshen anything on a shelf like magic with the nozzle only attached! You have to give it a minute when using the tool attachments by holding them in a downward position to fill correctly with steam. Then use it.
It doesn’t have a hold down on button, because you will ruin the machine if it runs out of water. You have to be detail oriented anyway to clean things.
I have cleaned the house,the cars, the tools, the furniture, the patio, the windows and everything else with this. If you clean the glass with the purple attachment it becomes brand new in appearance again. You have to clean it with windex after doing this and on glass tables if you do this procedure, you will have no glass rings again.You can use the nozzle only on the carpet baseboard lines and the dust and dirt is gone! Brings carpet back to life by steaming over it and the ceilings also!
